A note from Claire:
In the past decade, I’ve worked one-on-one with hundreds of women as they’ve embraced their menstrual authority. The ‘secret’ of this training goes beyond teaching how to chart the menstrual cycle. While that’s the first step, the real value comes from deeper understanding. By recognising one’s true nature and consciously aligning with these insights, I’ve witnessed women cultivate inner worlds rich with self-acceptance, sovereignty, safety, confidence, and a profound sense of belonging. No longer feeling perpetually unsure, a menstrual cycle-aware individual consistently charts, observes, listens, adjusts, and makes behavioural changes to meet their evolving physical, emotional, psychological, spiritual, sexual, social, and creative needs.
This process creates something incredibly powerful. This is what you are called to do: help other women who menstruate build this infrastructure in their lives, so they too can experience the magic of knowing, accepting, celebrating, and belonging to themselves. I’m so glad you’re here. Considering Cycle Coach School and have questions? Get in touch — we’d be happy to chat with you.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Scholarship places.
These are a number of scholarship places available to folks who are Black, Indigenous or Persons of Colour (BIPOC), members of the LGBTQIA+ community, those living with a disability or who are socio-economically disadvantaged.
I recognise the importance of diversity and inclusion in the fields of menstrual cycle awareness, coaching and women's health. There are three half scholarship places available in the 2024-25 training.
We are committed to constantly evolving my business and offerings to be anti-racist and to actively work to create equity for all. Offering these scholarships is one of the actions we are taking to work towards this.

Time & energy requirement per month: Self-study lessons (3 - 4 hours) Live group training call (2 hours) Pod call with mentor (90-min) Listening partnership (90-min) Reflection, assessment and practice (3+ hours) Total = 12+ hours a month

Everything is delivered digitally. All of the self-study lessons, workbooks and resources are delivered in our secure training hub over video, audio and PDF. Monthly live group training and 'pod' calls will be held over Zoom throughout the duration of the training.
**+ What time will the live calls be? **
There are two calls per day to accommodate a global classroom. Call A will be at 3pm GMT and Call B will be at 2am GMT. This means some timezones (Australia, NZ, etc.) will be on a Saturday. **+ How much support will I receive? **
It's important to us that every trainee feels held, seen and heard throughout the program. You will also attend a monthly 'pod' calls with a Cycle Coach mentor and smaller group. You will be paired with a listening partner for ongoing connection and be set up in a peer supervision group towards the end of the training for ongoing support.
**+ Does it matter if I'm not already working with clients? **
This program works best as a compliment to other healing modalities & trainings. But if you feel a strong call to this work and aren't qualified or experienced in working with clients yet, you are still very welcome to apply. Sometimes the biggest hurdle to just getting started is ourselves.
**+ Will this training give me a certification? **
Yes, if you choose the optional certification path (please download the syllabus for those full details). There is an assessment component required for certification. Upon certification, you will also be eligible for professional membership and insurance through the International Institute for Complementary Therapies (IICT) and the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM) as a recognised Menstrual Cycle Coach, globally recognised in 39 countries.
**+ Can I take this training if I don't have a menstrual cycle? **
Yes! We have had many past trainees who weren't menstruating, whether post-menopausal, pregnant or breastfeeding. An experience of a natural menstrual cycle (present or past) will help with integrating this work. If you are currently not menstruating or will not experience a natural cycle again, you will bring a valued perspective to our group. The training is open to women & gender non-binary folks only.
**+ Do I need to have taken any of your courses or read any books on menstrual cycle awareness before taking this training? **
Yes. This training is not for someone brand new to cyclic awareness.
**+ Will you be teaching fertility awareness in this course? **
No. This is not a course designed to teach fertility awareness or provide information on natural conception or contraception.
**+ Will you be running this training again? **
Cycle Coach may run again in 2025 or 2026.
**+ I have a personal question, can I email you privately? **
Please! You're welcome to contact Claire on claire (at) clairebaker.com
