Media, Features & Events

In 2018 Red magazine (UK) ran a feature, “Does Your Period Make You Feel Like This?”, detailing writer Cyan Turan’s experience of working with Claire as her menstrual coach. The response was so positive that Women’s Health republished it as “Period Coaching: Does It Work In Real Life?” (verdict: yes!).

Since then, Claire has been widely featured in international media. In April 2024 Cosmopolitan UK published Harriet Hall’s long-form piece “Blood, Sweat and Tears: My Year of Obsessive Period Tracking”, documenting her work with Claire. She has also written for METRO and been featured in Glamour, The Telegraph, and more.

Her voice reaches global audiences: she has been interviewed on Jenna Kutcher’s top-rated Goal Digger podcast (100M+ downloads), and in 2019 WeTransfer commissioned her to write on periods and productivity for their platform with a readership in the millions.

Claire is also a sought-after speaker and facilitator. She has led menstrual cycle workshops at Superlatively Rude Live and for London agency M&C Saatchi, spoken on a hormonal health panel at Women’s Health Live, delivered a corporate workshop for Accenture on “parenting with periods,” and most recently ran menstrual health training for podcasting giant Acast.
